We had a tidy room in the pretty building. The food was fab overall. Location: the hotel was next to a shopping centre, the shops and main roads leading to bigger towns and places to eat. The staff were nice, kind.

Enjoyed a variety of breakfast options and the well-kept room had a comfortable bed and a safe included.

The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk away from Parc Naturel Regional Scarpe-Escaut.

We had a great Christmas experience at this hotel! The breakfast hours were very convenient for us to enjoy a leisurely morning. The family room was perfect for us, with a front door that split into two rooms - our kids loved having their own space. Plus, we appreciated the availability of electric car chargers, especially as we were driving a hybrid. The hotel's location near a shopping area made it easy for us to do some last-minute Christmas shopping.

The room was not designed for a longer stay - the table was small and there was no armchair for relaxing with a glass of wine. , we did experience some noise from the road outside, but it wasn't too bothersome.

We stayed at Sure Hotel for a family trip and had a fantastic time. The family room was perfect with a separate door for the kids, giving them their own space to enjoy. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, both during our late arrival and at breakfast. The hotel's location was ideal and offered excellent value for money. We were able to park easily on site and found a great restaurant just across the road. The room was quiet and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the availability of electric car chargers, even though we didn't need them for our petrol car. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely consider staying at a Akena hotel again.

The family room with separate rooms was perfect for my kids. the staff, especially Sophie, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the continental breakfast had a good selection of fruit, coffee, juice, and cereal. the hotel had a secure car park and was conveniently located near a restaurant, burger bar, and supermarket.
